Our Team

Rusty runs and manages all our servers through our sister company, Subtrex Networks.  He is our resident Linux "geek" and assists with server management and tweaking, and is the font of all knowledge when it comes to hosting, security and server-side configuration.  Rusty is based in Iowa, USA.

When not watching over his servers Rusty can often be found playing World of Warcraft!

We have an army of receptionists who answer our phones - here they are!

 

John is heavily involved with database administration and support, and is also our Exchange specialist.  He has been with the company since 2004 and is one of our "behind the scenes" heros who keeps things ticking over!

John usually gets involved when we are rolling out or upgrading servers - otherwise he can be found playing Mariokart on his Wii or flying his remote controlled helicopters across Suffolk!

A seasoned Joomla! designer and Proprietor of Suffolk Computer Services, Ruth has been tinkering with websites since the early 1990's and has had her head in a PC of one sort or another pretty much as soon as she could walk!

Ruth owns and manages Suffolk Computer Services, having developed the business since 2002.  Ruth is usually the first point of call for clients and specialises in Joomla! website design as well as IT Support.

Ruth is one of the co-founders for Joomla User Group Suffolk - a group of like-minded Joomla users and designers which meets monthly across Suffolk.  She is also on the organising committee for JoomlaDay UK.

Ruth counts hockey (field) amongst her main interests, she currently plays for Ipswich Ladies in goal (so really, don't mess with her!).  She also has a keen interest in many other sports such as swimming and quad skating, and recently completed a 200 mile sponsored walk across England, from West to East coast, but running the business keeps her rather occupied!
